Return and Exchange Policy

MC Boutique accepts return of goods within 5 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange. At this time we DO NOT REFUND MONEY. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Only regular priced items may be exchange.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and other charges that Shopify charges for the transaction.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
