Shipping Policy/Política de Envío

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground unless the customer requests USPS Priority (at an additional cost). We do not ship via UPS.

USPS shipping is $8 on all U.S. orders under $100 and free on orders over $100.
We offer a $8 flat rate for all U.S. orders shipped via USPS Ground.

USPS Ground:

Some orders ship out of Miami, FL, and some from Ponce, PR.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Our shipping cut-off is 12 PM EST (Monday through Friday; excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.

All express shipments (2nd Day, 1-Day Air Express, or 3-Day Select) must be placed by 12 PM EST to ship out the same day.
Orders received after 12 PM EST will ship the following business day.
Weekends are not included in shipping or guaranteed as delivery days.

We ship your order within 48 hours, but shipping carriers may experience delays once packages are en route.
We recommend tracking your package and checking with your local post office for updates.

Freight Forwarders:

If you're shipping your order to a freight forwarder, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.
You assume sole responsibility for the delivery destination.

FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100+ in the United States.

Shipping Schedule: DOMESTIC

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
We do our best to ship all orders within 1 business day of being placed.
All in-stock orders ship immediately.
To ship the same day, your order must be received by 12 PM EST.

If you need to make a change to your order or shipping address, it must be done before the order is fulfilled.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to modify it.

If you PREORDER an item, it will ship on the approximate date listed in the product description.

Shipping Schedule: INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship to Canada and the UK.
All orders placed on our website are in USD.
Shipping costs are based on weight and destination.

Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout to view your shipping rate.
If we are able to get a better rate during processing, we will refund the difference.

Customers are responsible for duties and taxes charged by their country.
We do not charge duties or taxes at checkout.
All international orders ship from Miami, FL, USA.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through our website are emailed to the address provided at checkout.
No physical card is issued.
Gift cards are final sale.
Store credit cannot be used to purchase a gift card.

How much will shipping cost?

The best way to check is by adding your items to the cart and proceeding to checkout.
After entering your shipping destination and before payment, your shipping cost will be calculated.

We offer a $8 flat rate for USPS Ground shipping.
International shipping costs are based on weight and destination.
