Please note:
All purchases made with discount codes or purchased at a discounted price (including flash sales, sale items, or sitewide promotions) are Final Sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Additionally, all white or cream-colored items are Final Sale. Due to the delicate nature of these colors, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. No exceptions.

We want you to absolutely love your MC Boutique purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for store credit only within 10 days of receiving your order. Store credit does not expire.

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted based on availability only and are not guaranteed.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee will be calculated based on the original price of the item and deducted from your store credit.

Pick Ups

Your 10-day return window begins the day your order is picked up. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready (typically within 2 hours).

Please pick up your order within 5 days. If you have not received a notification, check your spam folder or contact us.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• New, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed
• With original tags attached
• In original packaging

Items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, or strong odors will not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items
• White or cream-colored items
• Bodysuits, bralettes, swimwear, and jewelry (for hygienic reasons)

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy or in cases of excessive returns.

How to Start a Return

Include:

• Your order number
• The items you wish to return

We will respond with instructions.

Shipping Returns

Once your return is approved, you must ship your item to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use the carrier of your choice.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Please keep your tracking number as proof of shipment.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for eligible items only and depend on availability.

Items are not guaranteed until confirmed by email. A $10 shipping fee applies to exchange shipments.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–4 business days for processing.

You will receive your store credit via email:

• Store credit does not expire
• Valid for online purchases only
• Cannot be used toward shipping costs
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the original item price
• Not transferable to in-store purchases

Recogidos (Pick Up)

El período de 10 días comienza el día en que recoges tu orden. Recibirás un email cuando esté lista (generalmente dentro de 2 horas).

Debes recoger tu orden dentro de 5 días.

• Con etiquetas originales
• En su empaque original

No elegibles:

• Artículos en especial o con descuento
• Artículos blancos o crema
• Bodysuits, bralettes, trajes de baño y prendas íntimas
